Estampas Folkloricas Peru of New York performed at the third
anniversary celebration of Long Island al Dia, a digital magazine that covers
the Long Island community. The event was
held on Friday, May 18 at H. Lee Dennison Building in the Hamlet of Hauppauge.
Others well known and recognized artists participated on
this activity. Among them were the dance groups Ballet Folklorico Quetzalcoati
from Mexico and Grupo Cafe from Colombia.
The acting organization called Teatro Experimental
Yerbabruja, the rock band KOS, and Peruvian singer Theo Torres were also part
of this celebration.
